Botanica Ethiopia is proud to be a partner for project J655N with Global Development Group, an Australian AusAID approved NGO carrying out quality humanitarian aid and development projects with approved partners to relieve and provide long term solutions to poverty.
This blog is part of an approved aid and development project to establish an indigenous medicinal herb garden in Fiche, a town North of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 2011.
The Botanica Ethiopia 'Living Pharmacy' project is partially funded by Blackmores and delivered in partnership with Global Development Group, an Australian NGO that carries out humanitarian projects and provides long term solutions to poverty. The project was developed by Elizabeth d'Avigdor with support from Southern Cross University, Australia and Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
Working with the Fiche community and local partners the ‘Living Pharmacy’ project will focus on how native herbs can support the health of Ethiopian families and the wider community.
